Once payment for the item(s) has been made, you can choose to take receipt of your purchase:
– By prior appointment from the gallery
– Items can be collected in person or you can arrange for your own courier to collect.
– Arrange for item(s) to be delivered/shipped
We are happy to quote for delivery/shipping. Please supply us with your full delivery address and your contact details, and we will respond with a quote as soon as we can.
When receiving an item by courier, check that no damage has occurred in transit before you sign for it. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items if they have been signed for and the damage has not been noted at the time.
If your item is damaged, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage and we will organise collection and replace the item if it is possible to do so, or offer a full refund.
Goods paid for by credit card will only be delivered to the registered address of the cardholder.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All furniture items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless agreed in advance prior to purchase.
We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for non-furniture items provided we are notified within seven days of receipt and they are returned at the customer’s own expense. All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when purchased. We strongly recommend using a courier with a tracking capability and insurance in case goods are lost or damaged in transit.
A full refund can take up to 14 days from receipt of the item and will be credited in the same manner as when the item was purchased.
All prices and shipping services are quoted in sterling (£).
All shipping, local import duties and any additional charges are the customers’ responsibility.
